Remember that you can always take layers off if you get too warm. Make sure to bring gear such as gloves, hat, and any other items to make sure you are as warm as possible. When the sun comes out the reflection from the snow can be bright so bring either sunglasses or goggles to keep the glare under control. Of course bringing cameras or binoculars is also a must. It’s also good to bring a small bag of emergency essentials such as GPS system, food, and water just to be safe.
