These eye-liners have a matt finish hence are completely visible. White highlights your eyes amazingly and makes them appear bigger and draw all the attention. The trick is to use just the right amount, too much you look weird and too little you might look too pale and unwell. So focus you effort on highlighting the inner corner and then moving to the middle of your lashes but do not get it on the mascara or better put the mascara latter. These are perfect for date nights when you want to focus on your eyes and get lost in them!
