My name is Mr. Robert Boyle, a singer in the USA. I came to India with my wife, Emma for her IVF Treatment. After a very complicated first pregnancy, pre-existing medical conditions made it impossible for my wife to have another baby. So in early 2014, we began searching for fertility treatment in India as we have heard a lot about it. We contacted several facilities in different regions of India and received a wide variety of responses. Many of them offered complete fertility services as well as surrogacy. We came across a detailed website offering quality fertility treatment at economical price and so contacted this Indian healthcare consultants. We were quite impressed with the timely responses to our email enquiries as well as their first class medical services and facilities. After discussion with the doctor, we were convinced with the procedure of the IVF as it seemed to offer us the best possible chance to facilitate a successful pregnancy.

Initially, I was cautiously optimistic about my travel to India for the first time, but my skepticism began to wane when I arrived at the hospital and met the doctors. We took the privilege to explore the hospital, which was a well-established and professionally run fertility hospital offering a wide variety of fertility services to the patients. We were given special treatment as I did not feel like being conned. The entire staff went out of their way to welcome us and they showed a genuine interest in my health and well being while I was in India. They truly did make me feel a guest in their home. The medical official helped us get checked into the hotel. It was amazing that the entire team of healthcare consultants aided with arranging a beautiful room at the discounted rate. Throughout my entire visit, I had an easy access to the doctors and the staff, who were enormously busy but always found time to see me if I needed to speak with my wife.

When we were told that our first two attempts were unsuccessful, we were understandably disappointed. Although the news was hard to digest, we knew they were trying their best. Soon our third attempt resulted in a successful pregnancy and nine months later our daughter, Rea was born. She weighed a whopping 8 pounds 13 oz. Everyone in the hospital was excited and wanted to see the big American baby.

Our surrogate mother, Jaya, was a very nice 28 year old women from a small town in India. We met her several times throughout the later stages of the pregnancy. We appreciated her for what she was doing for us and she told us that she is thankful for what we were doing for her and her family. We considered it as our priority that Jaya was emotionally stable. After her delivery, she asked us if she could see the baby and of course we agreed to it. She seemed to be happy for us and our baby. She was happy with the compensation she was given. We are genuinely thankful for her for taking care of our baby during these nine months. She was given a life-changing sum of money for her efforts and this will help improve her family’s life as well as go towards her daughter’s education.

The healthcare consultants also arranged for a paediatrician for a periodic checkup of our daughter several times a week following the delivery. The doctor has essentially fulfilled all their obligations to us during the entire journey. We are extremely grateful for the healthcare consultants in India for assisting us with the preparation of the documentation for the US consulate so they could issue a passport to Rea. They even sent their staff to the Indian Police Commissioner to obtain an exit visa for Rea. Thanks to their dedication, it made the task much easier.

Throughout our entire medical trip in India, we felt like the staff at the hospital, the doctor, nurses and the entire team of the Indian healthcare group cared about our family. We felt like they went beyond the call of duty in helping us through this process and made sure we were happy and healthy during our stay in India. Most of the staff members are still in touch with us even after our return to home. I appreciate the services, facilities and efforts of the healthcare group - Indianmedguru for fulfilling our wish to have a baby.

Thank You,

Mr. Robert Boyle,

Hawaii, US
