After the Christmas, the legal executive recruitment market in UK and London has started to pick up, in 2016, in overall activities. Presently, there is high demand for legal executives in certain fields and we shall discuss the same in this article. There are many firms who are involved in legal it in London who are catering to this growing need rather efficiently.

There are some noticeably prominent trends in this field in 2016. We will discuss the whole of UK market, from the supply and demand perspective.

The legal market is seeing much commotion in both permanent and temporary jobs. There is a big increase in the number of jobs available, compared to the previous years.

Commercial property has always been a good category for recruitment of legal professionals. The demand in this section remain bigger than the supply, as of now. There is a new increase in the number of landlords, thanks to the housing boom in the UK, and they are need property litigation experts.

In wills and probate, again thanks to the housing boom, a large number of companies are looking for legal professionals to handle the cases.

Commercial property is a very busy area and we see every town of this country in need of commercial property solicitors. Despite the wobbly economy, partly due to Brexit, there is a constant need to these professionals to boost their legal departments. These solicitors aren't only lured by the big and established names of the industry but by the smaller players as well who are entering the market due to the boom and is predicting certain areas to become busier in coming months. If you are a commercial property solicitor, there are hundreds of positions to choose from, looking at the present UK market scenario.

However, the picture is not as bright as the personal injury and commercial litigations. These markets are slowly picking up after a very dull last year. We are seeing personal injury cases to increase and commercial litigations are also picking up and some posts are being offered in these sections, across the country.

In short, the legal recruitment market in UK remains positive, overall, despite the minor hiccups. There is an upward surge in legal recruitment in UK and it shows that our economy is strong and is capable of handling some external pressures. It also proves the buoyancy of our economy.
