Find your comfort online

Interior designing is not just about making everything inside pretty and dressed up. interior designing is studying the requirements and is an engineered effort to realize that quantum of comfort and utility. Comfort need not at all times come with a big price. Therefore it is best to weigh your options, online too check the prices and study the styles and make the choice. Utility comes into play because the more restful the bed is the better for health.

Beds come in various sizes.

v Single beds

v King size single beds

v Queen size single bed

v King size bed

v Queen size beds

v Bunker beds

While for most it is comfort and utility while choosing beds, a lot of people believe in indulgence too. That’s when the size comes into play. With a large size beds, you can incorporate storage space. This helps put away the extra duvets and pillows. While choosing the size of the bed, even if you are going to have it custom made, it is best to keep with standard sizing. This will ensure that you can always buy linen easily. If you have beds custom made to an unusual size, you may find difficulty in sourcing linen, pillows and duvets for it. Also there are fewer choices for round and other shapes of beds.

Single beds

Single beds can come as standalone, which you can source online with matching bedside tables and dresser, and even cupboards. Also you can choose to go in for, custom made beds semi attached and segmented with an entire set of wardrobes, cabinets, study table, bedside tables and other furniture you may need. The advantage with the single beds is a pair of them can be set apart in a one bedroom and two people can use it, people averse to sharing a bed but, not a room. Single beds can be set against a wall to create more central space and place for other furniture. The queen size single bed too can be set against the wall, but not the king size single bed, because the size will prohibit making the bed and changing the sheets. Single beds are ideal with storage space and can be designed to be set up against the wall, with the cabinets and drawers opening out from one side only.

Single beds can be made with a slid out bed too, for that extra guest who may want to stay overnight. Also children may have a friend staying over during exams and such.

Double Beds

Double beds, whether they are King or queen size, they need to have central positioning. They can be made from solid wood or from plywood with veneer and laminate. Storage can be created under the bed to put away linen. Usually double beds have headboards to give that ample look. Footboards too can be put in if the room is large. If space is a constraint then you could do away with the footboard, because, beds with a headboard and footboard tend to dominate the room. Double beds can be made from solid wood if you are going for the period look. Double beds made with solid wood will be bulkier than plywood with laminate. Beds made from solid wood look great with polish. The natural grains lend that rich patterned look. MDF wood take paint very well. The beds are highlighted by the sheen of the lacquer and look smooth and inviting.

Bunker Beds

Bunkerbeds are really when we are short on space, if not; it ought to be a very eclectic choice to create a little adventure. Bunker beds can be made from, wood, plywood as well as metal with powder coating of paint.
