  • sweet condensed milk- 400g
  • vanilla essence- 1tsp
  • sodium bicarbonate- 1 tsp
  • baking powder- 1 tsp
  • butter- 100g
  • milk chocolate- 50g
  • aerated soda- 200ml
  • fresh cream- 200g
  • icing sugar- 2tsp
  • cocoa powder- 25g
  • flour- 175g
  • cherries- 1 cup
  • grated chocolate- 1 cup
  • whipped cream- 1 cup

Process: Grease a normal-sized baking tin with butter and sprinkle flour over it. Keep the oven preheated to 180°C. Take a bowl and mix flour, cocoa powder, sodium bicarb, and baking powder. Then add soften butter, condensed milk, aerated soda and vanilla essence. Beat it well. Pour the batter into the baking dish and put it in the oven for at least 45 to 50 minutes. Take the cake out and let it cool. Sprinkle icing sugar, whipped cream, grated chocolate and cherries on top.

  • Red Velvet

Ingredients:

  • Shortening- ½ cup
  • White sugar- 1 ½ cups
  • Cocoa- 2 cups
  • Eggs- 2
  • Buttermilk- 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence- 1tsp
  • Red food color- 4tbsp
  • Salt- 1tsp
  • Flour- 2 ½ cups
  • Baking soda- ½ tsp
  • White vinegar- 1tbsp

Process- Keep the oven preheated up to 350°C. Grease a baking pan with oil or butter. To prepare the batter, take a bowl and mix vanilla essence, buttermilk, salt, flour, baking soda, white vinegar, cocoa and red food color one by one. Pour the batter into the greased pan, bake it in the oven for at least 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.

For the icing, take a pan full of flour and milk. Cook it on medium flame and then cool the mixture. Add to it sugar, butter and vanilla essence. Mix it properly and spread it evenly on the prepared cake.
