  1. Click on Start menu and then select All Programs.
  2. Click HP folder and then go to the folder of your product.
  3. Click Uninstall or Uninstall software and then follow the on screen instruction.
  4. Then repeat the step 4 of Method 1.

Method 3- Uninstall the software using Control Panel

This is the most traditional and well known way of uninstalling any software. Follow the steps below to uninstall your printer software.

  • Click Start menu and then click o Control Panel.
  • Then double click Add or Remove Program.
  • From the list of programs find you HP printer driver.
  • Click the driver and then click Remove or Change/Remove. Once you are done restart your computer.
  • Check for other HP software and programs installed in your PC.
  • Then again click Remove or Change/Remove to remove that component.
  • When prompted restart your computer.

Method 4- Remove printer from Printer and Faxes folder

  • Click Start button and then go to Printers and Faxes.
