Hygiene is one of the most important things in everyone’s life. Everyone talks about it, but there are very few people who actually apply it. It’s actually more than just wearisome deodorant and using mouthwash. Yes, I agree that freshness of breath is considered to be an ambassador of words. While whispering into someone’s ear, if you have a bad breath smell then definitely it will be disgust no matter what. Here are some tips for being more hygienic which you should follow in your everyday life.

  1. Electric toothbrush:

Most dentists prescribe their patients to use an Electric toothbrush. Yes, no doubt its best for hygiene, people should buy it. I recommend investing their money on a complete starter kit instead of just an electric toothbrush that only vibrates. It would be a little expensive, but it’s worth investing in.

  1. Taking a shower everyday:

I know most people disagree here, but I suggest not taking a shower daily. It’s a fact, that taking a shower every day normally strips away all the necessary oils present in your skin and hair. Due to that, your body consumes more energy for producing all these again. You could use a dry shampoo for days when you will have no-shower. You can also make your own shampoo for days by grinding a mixture of 1 cup of oatmeal along with 1 cup of baking soda. After that, just sprinkle it in your roots, wait for a few minutes and then just comb it out.

  1. Wash your face with honey:

If you have awfully sensitive skin, and you are just looking for an inexpensive organic face wash, then you should use honey for that. Just go to any departmental store and buy some organic honey. Honey is actually natural humectants, just like an expensive moisturizer that will leave an oily residue and exfoliate. It has natural anti-bacterial qualities that are good for skin.

  1. Keep a cool hand:

As we all know that a soggy handshake expresses signs of nervousness, fraudulence or plain iciness. If you want to succeed in your life, then you should try washing your hands with cold water earlier to meeting, social party or any other occasion, where you have to shake hands. If this trick doesn’t work, then you should consult a doctor and ask him to prescribe some Dry-sol antiperspirant. By using this medicine you can get over this situation within just one week.

  1. Change your sheets and towels:

You should take care of your hygiene in everyday life. The bed is the place that should be most hygienic place in the house. So you should change your sheets once in a week. And it would be best if you change towels every day in your washroom. You can buy cheap hand towels and bed sheets from wholesale shops nearby. You should swap out your pillowcase regularly. This will help in reducing acne and the dreaded-bacne. If you have a problem of dry skin, then you should put a clean towel on your pillow, to avoid all these issues.
