In reality, the progressive learning environments of 21st century, we could not have a single answer to the question what are the characteristics of very efficient and conducive to learning centre for student. The reason is that learning and teaching cannot be considered as single events or things.

This is all a set of expressions until we examine it under a microscope. Then where the concepts such as curiosity, authenticity, self-knowledge, and affection are will be hard to pinpoint. Therefore here I have met one take on the characteristics of a highly effective class. These are sort of criteria that you can use to determine your own learning environment, apart from the assignment writing services that you rely on to get done with your MBA academic assignments.

Students take part in the class with curiosity:

The role of curiosity has been studied, but remains one less studied and underrated aspect of learning. But it would be suffice to say that if a student enters a learning activity with little or no natural curiosity, the prospects for significant interaction with texts, media and specific tasks are dark.

Questions are considered important than the answers:

When questions are leading the learning procedure, it makes sense that there would be value placed on these questions raised. And that means that adding value whenever possible in the form of grades (questions of evaluation), Credit, creative curation, or just praising and honest respect.

Ideas coming from different sources:

Ideas for classes, reading, tests and projects – the basics of conventional learning, must come from a variety of sources. If they all come from narrow strips of resources, you are at risk of being drawn away in one direction, which may or may not be good. As an alternative, students must be read from sources such as professional and cultural mentors, community, content experts outside of education, and even the students themselves. This will result in huge change in credibility.

A range of learning models is employed:

Learning through research, project-based learning, direct teaching, learning, peer-to-peer, school to school, learning, mobile learning, the flipped classroom, and so on. Simply put the possibilities are endless. Chances are, none are amazing enough to suit each piece of content, programs and the diversity of learners in a class. A characteristic of a highly effective class, then, is diversity here, which also has the effect of improving a teacher’s side of the long-term capacity as an educator.

There are opportunities for constant practice:

The prospects of old thinking are revisited. Reflect on past mistakes. Complex ideas are again approached from new angles. Divergent concepts are mixed. Bloom's taxonomy is constantly covered from top to bottom, from simple to complex, in an effort to maximize opportunities for a student to learn and demonstrate identification of the content.

The saying of monkey see, monkey do is no more relevant in the classroom as the present and evolved traits of an ideal learning environment is surely to augment the students’ perspectives to the education system.
