The stock market is a privately traded market which is the collection of buys and sellers of stocks. Stocks are also called shares. In general terms, Shares refers to an ownership interest of a person in a particular company. we can explain it by certain examples like if you want to invest your money in purchasing the shares of TATA, it means you are trying to have the profit interest of your shares. But it needs enough knowledge before starting the investment in stock markets.

STOCK EXCHANGE:-

The Stock Exchange control buying, selling and dealing with securities, which includes stocks, shares, bonds, debenture stocks and government securities.

Mainly there are 21 stock markets in India, with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange(NSE) being the largest. The main difference between both the stock exchanges is that NSE is the biggest stock exchange in India while BSE is the oldest stock exchange in the whole of Asia.

But both offer stocks with the size and opportunity as India and the exchanges continue to grow and attract foreign investment. There is an intriguing past history regarding where the two markets originated from.

1. BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE:-

"Bombay Stock Exchange" is the earliest stock exchange in Asia. It was established as 'The Native Share & Stock Brokers Association' later it is named as "Bombay Stock Exchange". It is the first stock exchange company in the country to attain permanent recognition by the government of India under the securities contracts Act in 1956.

2. NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE:-

The National Stock Exchange of India Limited(NSE) is an Indian stock market-based in Mumbai (INDIA) and was established in 1992. After 18years of BSE But in that short period of time, it has grown to approximately 1,600 company listings and it has a current market capitalization of 47,01,923 Rupees (Wikipedia). It is predicted that the NSE would be the largest stock exchange in India.and the prediction becomes true NSE raises as the largest exchange in India.

How To Do Investment In The Indian Stock Market?

How should I start investing in the Share Market? This is the first thought which comes in the mind of the people who are not familiar with the stock market and who are not directly related to the field of investment. But investing in the stock market is not tough, like any other work it can be studied to obtain complete information about companies.

One can do investment in the stock market in two ways Intraday trading and delivery. Intraday trading is the one day trading of stocks, It means if you are buying the stocks today then you have to sell it, On the same day before the closing of the markets. And delivery based investment does not limit you in any way for selling your shares. You do not require to buy and sell the shares within the day, You can hold them as long as you want and wait for the raising up the price of your shares so that you can earn more profit.
