Air India Domestic Business Class Review from Kochi to Mumbai

I flew in business class on an Air India 787 Dreamliner a year ago and it was an unforgettable experience. So I wanted to find out about their home service to see if it was up to par. So I decided to fly to Mumbai for a flight to Kochi in Air India Business Class during my last trip in January 2019. Here is all you need to know

But hey, there was a huge line. Looking at the passengers, you can easily tell that they are not really flying business class.

So I left the queue and went to the counter. The agent responded quickly when I said I was traveling business class. He quickly checked my luggage and took my boarding pass.

It is acceptable to use business class counters when the economy class is full, but it is not appropriate to allow business class counters to stand in the queue.
