Why students should have proper healthy breakfast in the morning

Breakfast should be eaten by all to make them healthy and also help them in their performance and productivity. It enhances energy and also makes you active through the day. There are a variety of foods that you can have for breakfast like eggs, muffins, fruits and vegetables. All are healthy and filled with essential nutrients. Having breakfast is also critical for students.
Benefits of eating healthy breakfast for students
Eating breakfast can help in better cognitive performance. It also helps in getting better test scores and achievement scores in kids especially those who are young. Based on the study published in the journal “Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine," students who had healthy breakfast, performed better and had higher math scores than those who avoided or skipped breakfast.
