This activity should be done on a daily basis and keep these lists on a special place. Refer to them whenever negative thoughts enter your mind. The self-esteem collage is another great way and can be practised when you don't feel like making lists. This activity includes clipping out words or images that represent your lifestyle. This should contain words that define your personality or images of activities that you enjoy doing the most such as places that you enjoy traveling, food that you like and things that you admire the most. All these clippings can be organized into a collage. You may also glue them in your drawing-book to show that to your friends.
