Testing Your Fitness Level with Five Steps

Holding your breath
Holding your breath can test whether there is something wrong with your lung. You can do this in a swimming pool or bathroom. You can take a deep breath, holding it and then diving into water. You can breath slowly. The longer you dive, the better your lung. If the time is over 30 seconds, it shows that you have a strong lung. And it is healthy.
Climbing stairs
As we all know that climbing stairs is the best exercise for office workers to prevent obesity and have a hot body. Of course, we also can use it to test our health level. The limitation is 5 floors, people who are at the age of 30, can climb five floors with climbing two stairs one time and still feel relaxed, it shows that the they are in good health. At the age of 50, they can climb 5 floors with one stair one time, they also healthy. However, whatever the age stage you are, if you feel very tired after climbing three floors, then you should do more exercises after this testing.
Squatting with one leg
You should stand on the bench, putting arms forward with your right leg standing and lifting up your left leg. And then you can bend your right leg and down your body. If you can do this action three times, it means that your body is in good quality. On the opposite, you can not finish this, you should do more exercises too.
Jumping Vertically
Stretching your arm horizontally, and you can mark the high level of your arms, and the you jump as high as possible, after that you should mark the jump high level of your hand, the difference of the two number is the high level you jump. If the difference is over 48.3cm, congratulations! You are in good condition. However, if it is less than 40.6cm, you should do more exercises from now on.
Making a fist
Making a fist for 30 seconds, you can tell if your blood in your body is healthy and if the blood pressure is normal. After opening your fist, you can see the white palm is gradually getting red. it shows you are in good health. However, if this process lasts for 20 seconds, that means you are not very healthy.
