Dubai: The Rough Sketch of Future

From buying a luxurious home in the frond of the palm island, or an apartment in Burj-Al-Arab, Dubai is the place where you could make all your dreams come true. A small city of Emirate is protruding with sky-kissing futuristically designed buildings, malls, hotels and wonderful amusement parks. Is there anything that you cannot do there from dining at a hotel located inside the aquarium or feasting at Burj-Al-Arab hotel nestled at a man-made island?

I have travelled to numerous destinations and I have to say that the impact which Dubai had on me was startling. The place has something peculiar about it. Though being an Islamic country, it hardly resembles them. The abundance of money, presence of material, labour and the hefty amount of construction work is going is awestruck. Wherever your eyes goes things are either going up or new landmass are being created on the sea. Today the place attract tourists from across the globe with Dubai Holiday Packages are on a peak demand. With cranes on work and ready to lift it looks like these machines which are on the constant work rules the place. On the land exploring the streets, souks you will see people from all the nationalities. But do not get confused, the place is not a multi-ethnic society. Here about 90 percent of people are foreigners and the rest 10 percent are natives.

For business, the place tops the list with huge investment pouring in. Every big brand and multinational companies want their office in the already compacted Dubai. If you think oil is doing wonders for Dubai, you might be right to a certain extent. But if we clearly examine the oil reserves it is much smaller than the neighbouring Emirate Abu Dhabi. But cleverly Dubai has done something out of the track, by investing heavily in the real estate. And also going a step further projecting the place a top notch tourist, sporting, and holiday destination in the Middle-East.

Whether you are a corporate, individual vacationer, or on a family vacation the place will knock you down. Boasting world-class water parks and amazing interactive amusement park for kids, luxury hotels, outstanding golf course, and a brimming extreme sports industry is just a pinch you will enjoy your Dubai Holidays. Alluring travellers and investors but the place is also the venue for some of the lucrative sports like the Dubai World Cup. Other international sports for which Dubai leads the race are golf, formula one racing and cricket.

The place which was once famous for its pearl industry and laid-back Bedouin lifestyle today virtually rules the world when it comes to luxury. Home to some of the luxurious hotels and the only seven-star hotel as many called it the Burj-Al-Arab standing tall on the man-made island. Now getting ready for the 2020 World Expo, Dubai is certainly the place where you can put your all money.
