Indore is a city in the state of Madhya Pradesh that has been up there as a developed city but never quite reached in the ears of many people as a city where one would like to be in as a traveller. This article lightly highlights what Indore has to offer through its infrastructure and developments and its rich cultural heritage.
The biggest city in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Indore has a big impact as one of the most flamboyant cities in India. Though not given as much of a mention like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, still, it has its own way in impacting the commerce, entertainment, education and research not only in Madhya Pradesh alone but India as a whole. It is also considered the commercial capital of the state.

Sarafa Bazaar - Jewellery stores line by day and ultimate street food hub by night. The space around the closed shutters of the jewellery stores by evening is then taken over by the guys in their carts to open up their mini temporary stall. Food ranges from all parts of India although there is quite a bunch of stalls who make real authentic food in Indore. If you are a foodie and a street food junkie, think no more.
Like all other big cities in India, Indore too has a great transport connectivity. Its airport connects you to all metropolitan cities and other small cities and towns, whereas trains are available in abundance for distance as long as Kerala to Indore, which takes you more than a day to travel or Gwalior to Indore trains which are also the best way to commute within Madhya Pradesh and take only a couple of hours.
Indore is a fun place to visit or even stay. With all the facilities of a modern city available alongside being a part of the whole rich heritage experience is definitely worth it.
