Tropical REIA

The Tropical Real Estate Investors Association is an association of real estate investors who know first-hand the unique opportunities as well as the problems and challenges of investing in real estate. We support investors involved in all aspects of the Real Estate Investment Industry.

Members are individuals who are either engaged in investing as well as those who are interested in learning more about the industry. Members are also members of the National Real Estate Investors Association as TREIA is an affiliate of National REIA.

The core purpose of the association is to help its members become more profitable and successful. Its Mission is to support its members through legislative and industry representation, education programs, information, networking, and community relation activities.

The group encourages its members to become involved in public life, to become knowledgeable about issues impacting their businesses and the real estate market, and to support initiatives that promote and ensure a healthy and sustainable market. They are dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in Florida while fighting to protect the rights of investors.

Because policies at the federal, state and municipality level change so often, it is nearly impossible for investors to keep abreast of the new laws. That’s why membership is so important. We keep you up to date on changes that you need to be aware of. As a member of association you are also a member of the National Real Estate Investors Association and have the advantage of being connected to their Legislative Program as well. Use the National REIA Legislative Action Center through the website as a gateway to opportunities to work with elected officials who are making decisions that have a huge impact on the bottom line of investors and their customers.

Working with the government through Tropical REIA and National REIA, you will become part of a much stronger team that can communicate your concerns more effectively than any single individual. We need your input and involvement to build a strong grassroots presence!

We believe that associations play a tremendous part in the health of a community. They specifically support and strengthen the community by educating and informing investors that in turn bring vitality to communities with rehabbed properties and incoming residents.

Additionally, REIAs participate with other community organizations and associations to provide strength, support and resources to the communities their members serve.
