Before getting started, I want to let you know that I have applied each one of these below mentioned tricks during my college life. The results were just awesome, because I have been able to make so many good friends in a short span of time. Luckily, we all are still in contact with each other, despite of having hectic schedules.

Let’s get started with the first one.

1. Join the Official Facebook Group

Once you are done with admission procedures, you should join the official Facebook group of your college straightaway. It is a place where you will come across students who might be your class fellows in future. Introduce yourself and interact with other students, so that you get familiar with them. It is the best way that helped me a lot during my academic life.

2. Be Humble

To be in a spotlight from the beginning, make yourself available. It is only possible if you are humble and always helpful to others. During the starting days of college, students often avoid to make friends because it is the phase where they hardly know each other. The process takes time, but students who always show positive attitude find enough chances to make new friends.

3. Try to be a Good Student

Again, if you want to attract others towards you, especially students with pure heart, then try to be in the good book of your teachers. Start your college life with a resolution that you will never compromise your study at any cost. It will automatically make you available for students with similar thoughts.

4. Participate in Recreational Activities

Many colleges arrange recreational activities frequently that allow students to make new and like-minded friends. If you don’t wish to get surrounded with only couple of friends, then such occasions will offer gigantic opportunities to you. Communicate with multiple students, so that you can avail maximum chances to get recognized quite early.

5. Socialize As Much As You Can

Studying hard and securing remarkable marks simply won’t help you make true friends. You need to socialize with your classmates as well. After shortlisting couple of students, invite them at your place. You can also go for movies together as such kind of hangouts are pretty useful to strengthen friendships.
