The ingredient of toner:
The main things of toner are a colorant, wax or plastic. Plastics are like polyester resin or styrene acrylate. In the black color of a laser printer, the toner is carbon, while in colorful the toner may be cyan, magenta and yellow in color but it is not declared by any researcher. With the different melting points and the size of the grain, there are different materials can be used in the toner. Some of the toners are in plastics; other may be in wax. The size of the grain is mostly seen like a corn flour.
Melting Point while printing:
The dependence of fuse temperature shows the efficiency in printing. With the cooler fuse unit the melting point low and it allows the movement of paper in the fast process, comparatively the process of image and the mirror polygon speed fuse is not regarded as the bottleneck in design printer generally. The toner just runs out basically with the excessive use of printing.
