Pamela Chiesi Balances Family and a High Powered Career

Pamela Chiesi is a dedicated and hardworking business woman in New York. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and started her career with IBM. She continued her education and earned Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pennsylvania as well. She is highly education and ambitious. In 1987, she married Jack Santoni and started a family. She worked hard to balance family life with her career and has two daughters. She is a high powered professional who enjoys having a career and a great family life.

Pamela Chiesi began her career in the biopharmaceutical industry in 1994. She had developed experience in strategy and planning in the financial sector, and she earned an advanced degree in business. She began working with Towers Perrin Strategy Consulting in New York. She started as a consultant and provided pharmaceutical clients with essential analyses and advice. She worked hard to make her way up through the company and build a reputation for herself. In 2000, she became a managing director with Scient Corporation. She built experience in digital health and e-business in the pharmaceutical industry. She spent two years with this company and then chose to return to consulting.

In 2002, Pamela Chiesi began working with IMS Consulting Group. She worked with a wide array of clients and treatments. One of her major responsibilities included generating, closing, and delivering annual consulting revenue. She worked with a selection of key pharmaceutical accounts and helped her clients and her company succeed. In 2009, she chose to leave her career as a consultant and begin working with her fiancé, Mitchell Vasquez. That year, she and her husband amicably divorced, and her long term nanny left the New York area. She decided to shift her career path because she wanted to spend more time with her two daughters and her fiancé. She ran Forex Industry for several years with Mitchell Vasquez. However, in 2015, he suddenly passed away in his sleep.

Ms. Chiesi continued to run the company and worked hard to keep her late fiancés legacy successful. However, with the future of the company uncertain she decided to return to consulting. Both of her daughters are adults. Her oldest is a bio-engineering student at Syracuse University. Her youngest daughter is a senior in high school and will be attending Indiana University. Pamela Chiesi loves being able to spend quality time with her daughters and works hard to balance her career with family.
