Dr. Andrew Campbell came to Bellevue, NE after first earning his Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from Emporia State University in 1984. He started his career in international diplomacy, a discipline that would help him immensely in his career, when he attended Norwich University. He earned a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Conflict Management from Norwich in 2009.

While working his way up in the ranks in the US Department of Defense, Dr. Andrew Campbell found a way to earn a Doctorate of Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology while working in Bellevue, NE. His seminal research, entitled "Judicial Leadership: A Critical Analysis of Leadership within the International Criminal Court," is foundational for leadership development of International Judges, Prosecutors, and Court Administrators. Dr. Campbell is the author of several publications, including a chapter entitled "Leadership Education in Transitional Justice" in the book Handbook of Research on Promoting Global Peace and Civic Engagement Through Education. He has spoken to international leadership conferences and seminars, most recently at the International Criminal Court for the Leadership and Negotiation Seminar in February of 2016. He is scheduled to present a paper at the International Institute for Restorative Practices in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in October 2016.
