Samsung Printer Customer Service Support

My printer was doing all other functions, but not responding me when I was instructing it to print. Second time I faced this problem. When I faced this same problem last year, samsung printer customer service team helped me to get rid of my problem. Interestingly, I had noted down the tips on my diary which I applied this time, but none of those worked for me. Let me to share my last years’ experience when a customer support executive helped me to overcome the problem in my printing machine. After a few days struggle, I came to know about the special troubleshooting team from a friend. I tried to contact and have been able to discuss my issue with highly experienced person. After identifying the error from ground level, he suggested me to check my connection - USB cum Ethernet cable. When I checked it, I found it error some. I received the instruction to reconnect it and I did it happily. I worked for my printer.

When I faced this problem second time, I applied all those things as initial troubleshooting steps. Let me share you the main difference between my first and second problem. Last year I had received an error message which was indicating me about a wrong connection, but I did not receive such message this year. Situation forced me to contact with samsung printer technical support again and I did it confidently. After a long discussion about the pros and cons of my problem, I came to know that the reason lies in my printer’s driver. My technical support officer has instructed me to go for a re installation which worked for me excellently. He also helped me in enhancing my printer’s performance. I also came to know few points about low-ink warning which is another matter of concern for all of us. Some of you may not be familiar with this fact that the indication message not amplifies an empty tank. I came to know that the printing machine is blessed with a tank level indicator which is surprisingly accurate. Therefore, I will not be hesitated when I receive this message in the days to come. Now I am happy with my printer’s performance. Therefore, I suggest you to get in touch with the technical support team when there is a problem.
