There are a lot of Cardiovascular Exercise which you can do in order to stay fit, it varies from low to high intensity and is primarily based on aerobic energy-generating process.

Below are the lists of some of the exercises you can perform in order to stay fit:

Swimming :

It is one of the best cardio exercise, a person can burn up to 700 calories while swimming for one hour, isn't it great. It is also to be noted that burnt calories varies by your weight;
