The Pain and the Betrayal
It’s very hard to bear the emotional stress and pain when your partner fails you. The pain is suffocating and yet you have to live with it for god knows how long. The problems with these issues are, either of the persons gets to know the bitter truth but they can’t compel the other person to spill the beans. Cheating on your partner is never cool but nevertheless people do it. Now, you can’t clap your hands using one but two, therefore there must be reasons. But quitting is never an option. People have been struggling with pinpointing their anger related to the marital demise and impending divorce. More than the affair, what particularly hurts is that the person who signed on to be your life partner made a unilateral decision to put his needs above yours and in doing so took away the one thing you valued above all else, an intact family unit.
Sometimes people want to cover their midlife marital breakdown with an apology and by giving a lingering hope that it won’t be repeated. But they are never sorry. A true apology is met with action and all of your actions continue to be self-serving. When you desire, you forget about everything else and hence you achieved your goal of having everything you ever wanted, the freedom from marital and parental responsibility. The freedom to go where you want, bed with who you want and spend your money on drugs and all other guilty pleasures.
Many surveys and research studies state that men are more likely to cheat on their partner than women. Many find their cheating husband red handed and breaks down. Men clams that they cheat on their wife due to lack of sexual excitement in their wives and likes to have an affair someone younger than their wives. Cheating someone is much easier then struggling to make things perfect as they were before. Many people quit by separating oneself from other. They think separation can make them forget the betrayal they got from their partners.
Separations from our loved ones are not easy. We try to find ways to get rid of their memories and we try to forget the. But it’s not easy. Coping with separation is not an easy task. We need to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. We should try to involve our minds in different activities which we enjoy so that it occupies our mind and makes us feel happy.
