We are often amazed with the big cities that we have seen or even heard and read in the news. This is just a typical reaction of a person in big cities like New York, Los Angeles and many more but to be astonished in a small place like Austin, Texas is a different story. Austin is the capital of Texas which is located in the eastern part of the American southwest. Even if it is the capital of Texas, Austin is only considered as the fourth when it comes to land area.  Though it is small in area, Austin never fails its visitors to like the place.

The Lady Bird Lake, Lake Austin and Lake Travis are the popular spots for tourists who want to see the nature Austin can offer to them. In the end, tourists are not frustrated on what Austin offered to them but instead, they feel relaxed and still asking for more. The city also offers some art galleries, exhibits and museums for those people who find happiness in seeing artworks. The top three art museums are the Blanton Museum of the Art, Austin Museum of the Art and the Austin Galleries. These three give the world-class paintings that significantly show the different masterpiece of every century that had passed. Another way to spend your time in Austin is to go to sightseeing areas that can guarantees self-satisfaction.

Most of the tourists enjoy the part where they are being splashed in the water when they already reached the Austin Lake. They will certainly be surprised in the diversity of the animals present in Austin and also have the chance to touch the animals by their bare hands. The last but not the least is the Zilker Botanical Garden. This garden ages for more than 50 years but still Austin maintains the beauty and perplexity of the place.
