Choosing The Right Folding Display Stands

Organising and running an exhibition can sometimes be a difficult and challenging task, especially if you are inexperienced with such events. With all the pressure on you to create new business or gain awareness of your company’s ideas, the last thing you need to worry about is your equipment - especially your display stand. Here I will briefly explain all you need to know about this so you can focus on the big task of running the event!

Folding Display Stands are panels of notice board with frames that interlock with one other to create one large stand for you to display your information using velcro. They are easy to fit together and take apart which makes them the perfect tool for use in exhibitions and shows. Most display stand will also come with their own carry case - perfect for ease of transportation. Our display stands do not require feet for stability, they consist of 3 or 4 panels across so all you need to do is ensure the end panels are bent inwards to create a curved display.

There are several types of Folding Display Stands available and choosing which one is right for you is simple; all you need to know is how much space you have in the arena or conference room to use. If you have been allocated a large area then the stand alone display stand would be perfect for you. It will create your own booth for you, ensuring a certain degree of privacy, and separates you from the companies either side! If you have a smaller area, or the exhibition centre is providing the backdrop, or even if you have just decided to use a printed banner stand as your backdrop, then desktop display stands would work well.

For stand-alone display stand we offer 6,7 and 8 panel display stands. Each panel is 90x60cm (portrait), and they come with a header panel which is perfect for displaying your company logo or name and is 25x60cm in size. Our display stands are lightweight and so are perfect for transporting to and from your event. You can choose from black or grey frames, and there is also a wide choice of panel colours. Again, our desktop display stands use the same colour options for the panels and frames. They are available in 2 sizes; the Medium stand which overall measures 180x60cm (landscape) with a header panel which adds another 25cm in height to the centre panel. And the Large desktop display stands measure 180x90cm (landscape) with a header panel that adds 25cm to the centre panel again.
