Haphazard cable management
Some network professionals think that there is no use investing in a cable management system as it is an expensive deal. Having a rack-based cable management system will make it easier for you to identify different cables. You can also add labels or use different coloured cables for different functions to avoid confusion.
Installing different cables for voice and data

This is because when PVC burns, it emits a toxic smell. This smell if inhaled by the firefighters and other personnel can prove to be harmful.
