Solving the Enigma for Mobile App Developers- React Native vs Native Script

Author: John Smith

In today's world, mobile apps has become most dominant form of digital interaction, recent surge in the mobile app developing companies and apps running on mobile platform denotes the same. This demand has caused a revolution in the mobile app development technologies. For an inexperienced, the biggest hurdle to lean over will be choosing the right technology, for not to regret it would be better to consider all the requirements.

On primarily targeting ios and aiming for few showcase launches in London, one would normally dive into current trends, technologies and competitors in iphone app developers London. The purpose of such an analysis would be to aid the development, but the result, can rather be contradicting and confusing. The mobile app development has taken a paradigm shift over the past few years, and a revolution is still under the process as real giants step into the arena.

The Enigma:

A startup looking to launch themselves with their innovative ideas, It would not be hiring a mobile developer London that will give a pause, but it would be how the whole mobile development trend has evolved in the recent years. When it comes to mobile app development, now the options are way too diverse, and each one, unique in its own way, hard to choose, that's one challenging piece of puzzle even for an expert team of developers. Native, react-native, native script and xamarin must be in one's obvious cart, if it is a cross-platform app, and deciding to utilise all the native feel and functionalities. But after taking the human resource and cost effectiveness into account one could narrow it down to react-native vs native script, and to choose one can be difficult. Both has advantages of its own and all are quite alluring, react-native with its un parallell pace and performance, whereas native script with its latest angular 2 integration and all the goods that comes along with it, must force any, scratch their head.

To Break it:

If it is an average complex application, with need for frequent rendering so react-native must get the first vote. Native script claims to have 100% native API and libs access, so if the requirement is to have a single cross-platform code base with a declarative UI architecture, native script must be the pick. Both react native and native script did not demand any prior knowledge or experience in native app development, java, objective-c or swift, all that it needs is javascript knowledge, and the learning curve is pretty much the same, so both shares equal likes. Putting one on the line, the next thing to consider would be relative and it is more of personal choice, few among those checkpoints would be, the market and competition, and this must make the difference. On thinking it through it is not just about hitting with the best, to beat the rest one has to hit first or at least before getting obsolete. React-native has this unbeatable community support, no wonder, it is backed by the giants- Facebook. So direct advantage is the wide range of modules and packages that are available, also the team support in all those blogs and chat rooms, the quick responses, which lets peddle with full force and fury.

Eventually though I haven’t mentioned much of the technical differences, which again slightly inclines on react-native, from the personal experience, the enigma can be broken by carefully examining the requirements.
