Why to wash hand?

We all know for sure that germs spread when we are slack about personal hygiene. Hence, it is important that we do not ignore or overlook the essence of cleanliness and good health. At times, in restaurants we are not comfortable when the waiter is serving without gloves. Irrespective of whether they have taken care to wear gloves or not, it is important that you stay germs free and use the right germ wash precautions and techniques.

So what is the right way to wash hands? What type of hand washing should one adopt so that our general health is in good condition? It is simple, try washing hands in running water and you may use either a soap liquid or bar. Regular hand washing helps in keeping the germs at bay. Rub both hands vigorously firstly with plain water and then soap so as to form lather. It is important to wash the hands in the right fashion firstly in the front and back also, between fingers and also wash beneath the nails. It is important to wash hands for at least 15 seconds and that too regularly. Rinse your hands properly under running water. Dry the hands well with a clean towel. One can stay germs free if they invest in good quality hand washing liquids.

If there is no water and soap available, you could use sanitisers or even antibacterial wipes to clean your hands. Some of the places where there are maximum germs are door handles, public telephones, patient bed rails and also restrooms. In public places, one has to be extra careful, as there are greater chances of attracting germs.

In many offices, special training is provided to employees regarding hand washing techniques. Health is an important aspect and it is not worth ignoring our health. Many a times, we are in a hurry to wash hands and do not dedicatedly wash our hands. If you have just used the bathroom or a public rest room, it is imperative and compulsory to wash your hands well and that too with soap liquid or a bar soap. Never ignore washing hands as it could have detrimental effects on your health. Many of the common ailments are a result of not washing our hands properly and adequately.

You also get anti germ wash liquids and soap so as to keep your health in good condition. Another place where there are greater chances to attract germs is a day care centre or even schools. If you are leaving your child at a day care centre, make sure that the teachers and the care takers are particular about cleanliness and personal hygiene. In the day care, you will come across a lot many kids who have cold, cough and flu. So the teacher and the care taker have to be particular when it comes to hand washing as she would be handling so many kids. Kids attract cold and cough very easily and it is more so if the right hygiene is not followed by the care takers.
