Having Trouble Finding A Harness That Meets Your Needs

Author: Fusion Clim

Would you like to market harnesses under your own brand?

Do you want to make a harness with your own design?

Look no further.

Fusion has introduced the "Design Your Own Harness" program. This system guides you through a step-by-step process of choosing the specifications of your harness. From this information, our expert design team can begin the process of making your harness. We are proud to be one of the few places in the States that can have a short lead time since our manufacturing facility is in California. In addition, our extensive parts and webbing options make us a virtual one-stop resource to take your product from concept to market.

Here are a few things to consider before you submit your proposal:

  • How do you plan on using the harness?
  • How many pieces will you need over a year or a quarter?
  • What features are important to you?
  • Do you want a lightweight harness or big beefy one?
  • What level of comfort are you searching for?
  • Do you need pads on the leg loops and/or waist?

Once all the design decisions are made, confirmed by our design team and approved by you, delivery time is approximately 15-65 days depending on our production schedule and the complexity of the project.

At Fusion, we strive to manufacture quality harnesses with consistency and reliable deadlines. Please fill out the questionnaire linked below and one of our team specialists will help you get started with your own design.

We look forward to working with you and seeing your concepts come to life!

After years of designing and manufacturing safety and tactical products, we decided to explore the outside world! Our love of adventure and the outdoors has brought us into the worlds of climbing, caving, rappelling, bungee jumping and zip-lining! The products we have been making for years gave us the tools and the experience to branch out into these new areas with a full line of great products for all aspects of outdoor adventures. We continuously strive to improve our existing line and come up with new products that not only meet but exceed the safety standards (UIAA, CE, ANSI) yet are affordable and practical enough for the everyday adventurer to the professional climber and outdoor enthusiast. Our belts and harnesses are made right here in California, and our hardware parts are from Taiwan, UK, or Canada. In addition to our own in house testing procedures, we also use 3rd party testing facilities such as John Batchelor, Midwest Testing, and Exvo OCM Test Laboratories.
