Do ensure the sink is sitting the correct position.

Insert the wing nuts into the available screw heads

After the undermount sink has been clamped, insert the wing nuts into the available screw heads. When the screw nuts are inserted, ensure they are tight, if they are not tight, you can tighten them with your hands.

The last step in installing the silk undermount stainless steel is to install the fittings.

If you have confirmed the wing nuts are in place, stick masking tape to the back of the countertop. Mark the position to provide for the faucet after which you install the fittings.

If provision for the faucet has been made, introduce the faucet and connect the supply lines and other parts that need to be introduced or connected.

At this point, you are done with the installation of the undermount stainless steel. You need to test the sink to be sure you have done the right thing.

Turn on the water supply to the undermount sink and check if there are any leaks.
