Who the Chief Guests of the Republic Day parade of 2018 may be. The formal announcement, but came on the last day of 2017 when PM announced in his "Mann Ki Baat" programme that the leaders of all the ten Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries would be arriving in india as chief guests of the 2018 Republic Day Parade. "This is unprecedented in india’s history," said the PM. The Ten The ASEAN countries include Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. This is the first time that india shall be receiving these many chief guests.
