UGAT: Application Form and Information Brochure Released by AIMA

UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) is a systemize exam which is being conducted by AIMA yearly to select the deserving candidates. They offer the candidates to secure their admission for various under graduate courses such as Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA, BHM and B.com etc. Under Graduate Aptitude Test provides an extensive visibility of the institutes/colleges/Universities among potential applicants. All the appearing candidates will be given an option to specify any five cooperative institutes/colleges/universities.

There are 61 colleges/institutes that will be considering UGAT scores for admission to their multiple undergraduate courses. The conducting body AIMA (All India Management Association) has released the application form and information brochure for all the candidates who are willing to take admission in All India Management Association. Some important schedule dates re mentioned below:

  • Last date to apply (if the payment is done through online mode) – 31 January 2018
  • Last date to apply (if the payment is done through offline mode) – 3 February 2018
  • Admit card – 5 May 2018 (expectedly)
  • Exam date – 12 May 2018
  • Result – Last week of May 2018 (tentatively)

As each education customs has guidelines for the candidates so that they may know whether they are eligible or not to apply for UGAT Entrance Exam. To apply for this entrance exam the candidates should have cleared 10+2 from a recognised board or University. The applicants who are pursuing 10+2 are also eligible to apply for the exam, considering they will pass in that year because their result of under graduate Aptitude test BBA 2018 will be considered valid for that year. The candidate must not be more than 22 years of age at the time of their applying. So, that they can qualify in the eligibility criteria for entrance exam which is given above.

The applicants can fill their registration form of under graduate aptitude test BBA 2018 through both offline as well as online method. If they are going to apply through offline mode only then they can straight go to the AIMA recognised or affiliated institutes or colleges and can purchase their application form for Rs.500. And, if in case they are going to apply for the entrance exam can visit the official website of All India Management Association and have to register them. If the applicant fills their application form through online mode then they need to make their payments via Net Banking, Credit card and Debit card or even through DD (Demand draft). The last date to UGAT entrance exam is 2 May 2018. And to submit the registration form along with the DD is also the same but the last date to fill online application form is 30 April 2018.

The exam pattern fir the following entrance exam for both the modes online as well as offline mode i.e. the computer based mode and the paper based mode is same. And the UGAT entrance exam will be on the scheduled time and day. In the online mode exam the candidates can only choose Delhi/NCR as their exam centres whereas if they are opting for offline mode exam then they can choose any of the exam centres which are mentioned in the registration form. The list of exam centres will be available tentatively in the first week of March 2018. As the UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) will contain 130 multiple choice questions with duration of complete 2 hours.
