It can be developed when leaders shared values and building a culture environment that increases trust factor among employees. Remember, when honesty and transparency are absent there can be no more trust.
Without trust any individual does not give their best, do not help to contribute to the team as well as unnecessary conflicts also rise.
3. A Supportive Environment
Leaders meet regularly with their team member to discuss the future plan, objectives, what they have to cover, what they need to achieve, create an environment of innovation and work on employee weaknesses individually.

This is very important in business. All business need change at the certain point when the owner spread the business in a dynamic industry. Good leaders always know when the change occurs. This time team members show worst behavior and things get wrong rather than to get better.
But the great leaders brilliantly manage this change as well as help individual people to adopt change as soon as possible. Before implement change, good leaders always discuss the change with their employees and explain why it is important. Secondly, they explain how this change impact on individual performance. Also getting the continuous feedback from the employees during the transitional period of change.
In the end, it is concluded that leadership plays a very significant role either to lead a group and lead an individual person.
