NTA JEE Main Counselling 2019

The exam of JEE Main will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) twice in a year from 2019 session. The exam is attempted by more than lakhs of students with the purpose of getting admission to one of the institutes for pursuing Engineering degree. The entire admission procedure of JEE Main will be conducted under the supervision of NTA. With the change of conducting body there is no change in the ways through which JEE has been organized. Candidates will be required to fill up the Application Form which will be made available on the official website of NTA in order to appear for the entrance exam. After the declaration of the Result there will be Counselling Procedure for the seat allotment to the Engineering Colleges. Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) takes the responsibility of conducting Counselling rounds for the selected candidates. Only those candidates will be invited for the counselling who will successfully qualify Main examination. Read below for the counselling details.

Important Points regarding NTA JEE Main 2019:

  • Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSA) takes the charge of JEE Main Counselling rounds. Candidates selected after the declartion of the result are invited for the Counselling round.
  • The Counselling for IIT’s, CFTI’s, NIT’s is conducted smoothly under the supervision of Counselling Conducting body.
  • The Seat Allotment is to be done on the basis of the rank/merit secured by the candidate in JEE Main 2019.
