Canon Printer Customer Service
Almost all Canon printers come with built-in notification systems that illustrate the problems of printheads. If there is a problem with the print head and the printer requires maintenance, the light blinks. If the light blinks orange 11 times repeatedly, this indicates a problem with the alignment of the print head. If it flashes five consecutive times, there is an error in the print head. However, you can correct print head problems if you receive help from an expert through the Canon support number. You can also follow some of the troubleshooting steps listed below to correct the Canon printhead error.
Step 1: First, you should see the "Alarm / On" lamp to make sure how long it flashes so you can determine if the printer is experiencing an error in the print head. If so, you can go to the next step.
Step 2: Open the Canon printer cover and bring the print cartridge to the center. Remove all toner containers. Remove the section of the print head with the blue button and reinstall it. Hold it, replace the cabinets, and then close the printer cover.
Step 3: Restart the printer by turning it off and on again. Test the print to verify the print quality normally and the ink is reasonably discharged from the nozzles. Press the "Resume / Cancel" button and keep it pressed until the power light flashes twice. If so, release the button and the test document will be printed. Now, review the published works.
Step 4: If the output quality is not good, you should clean it thoroughly. Open the Properties dialog in the "Printer" folder of your system and select the "Maintenance" tab. Select the Deep Cleaning option and then click on the Run button. If necessary, try deep cleaning several times.
Step 5: If the problem persists and you can not get an acceptable output with a certain ink color, you should change the toner cartridge. Open the printer cover and take the printhead in the center. Remove the old toner cartridge and replace it with a new one. Once the cartridge is properly seated, close the lid and wait for the printer to restart.
However, if none of the above steps succeeds in diagnosing Canon's printhead error, we recommend that you contact the technicians for a step-by-step troubleshooting guide to solve the problems. In these circumstances, you can call the Canon printer Help phone number for immediate solutions to printhead problems in the shortest time possible.
