Mergers and acquisitions in 2018 were hardly successful with only a few to mention, as Yahoo acquired Verizon, Apple bought Shazam and some other agreements clung to the main owners. Deloitte predicted mergers and acquisitions would accelerate in 2018 due to acquisitions of technology.
Half of 2018 has already passed and some big ads have already attracted attention and have surprised the market. Acquisitions and mergers are not just paper signing. It allows power brokers and industry leaders to monitor and predict where these companies will go and how they will affect consumers in the coming years.

1. Microsoft Acquires GitHub
