Regression Analysis

The execution of a linear regression precedes the correlation and is meant to offer a prediction of one variable based on the other. The overall objective of the regression analysis is to predict the value of the dependent variable through the use of the independent variable also referred to as the predictor variable. The analysis aids in comprehending the independent variables that are related to the dependent variable and additionally explore the types of these relationships. It is thus applied in inferring the causal relationships that are prevalent between the dependent and the independent variables. In our case, the use of the regression analysis is to offer an estimation of the relationship existing between the different variables that explain the relationship that exists between access to the social media and the online purchase by customers in Saudi Arabia.

Model Summary

In the first diagram, regression analysis involved the assessment of the relation that exists between the access to the social media and the consequent impact on customer access to information about the different products and services. The assessment of the model table summary offers the R and the R2 values. The R value offers a representation of the simple correlation and is.566, indicating that there is a medium degree of correlation between the variables. The R2, on the other hand, is a representation of the extent of the overall variation in the dependent variable Facebook account can be explained by the independent variable, access to information and is.313 which is medium.

The ANOVA Table

The ANOVA table is an indication of the degree to which the dependent variable offers a reliable prediction. The assessment of the "sig" value from our analysis indicates that the p
