Strategic Change

In an organization, the strategic thing is frequently desired for the purposes of the thinking process in the planning of the changes that the organization intends to accomplish. The strategic planning entails the process for the implementation of the change, the course of action to be taken in implementing the change, as well as the organization. The function of strategic thinking is in the outlining or defining, the organization’s desired goals as well as the reason behind the desire to achieve them. It involves the owner of the business establishing the reason behind the goal and also what is going to be attained in accomplishing the goals (Shirey & Calarco, 2014). The management comes up with the guiding philosophy as well as the values and how the participants in the realization of the goals should act in the attainment of the objectives.

Tactical Change

Tactical change entails the specific actions that are undertaken ion the implementation of the set strategy. The actions entail what is going to be done, the order of doing it as well as the tools and personnel to be involved in the accomplishing of the actions. The attainment of a single goal can encompass the use of diverse tactics as well as different personnel and departments. Tactics entail the explicit definition of the objectives as well as how the results are going to be measured (Wesemann, 2010). The establishment of the strategies in an organization enables it to set standards as well as objectives that it wants to attain to improve its performance. The strategies define the goals as well as the change the organization desires. The tactics make sure that the established strategy is attained by establishing the means, resources, time’s lines as well as the evaluation criteria to be used in evaluating the timelines. In a nutshell, the strategies make sure that the organizational strategies are attained (Wesemann, 2010).

The painting by Mickey Mouse has some similarities to that of Leonardo. He uses the mathematical symbolism having the illusion of three as depicted by the three windows and groups of three disciples. It probably signified the Holy Trinity. Another similarity is the representation of all the participants at a table facing the viewer. It is also easy to identify the betrayer since he is holding something in his hand probably the bag containing his dues for the task. In both, they all show various expressions of horror, anger, and disbelief. Christ is at the centre having an expansive gesture that indicates the holy sacrament of bread and wine. They both portray the betrayer as one among the others seated on the same side of the table facing the viewer. The traitor seems disturbed and holds a small bag.
