Web design has been such a fascinating subjects for many. The use of stunning graphics, images, colors and fonts among various other elements, has been a favorite for those who are creatively inclined and raring to question the norm. Monochromatic Look: Websites are a playground for the designers and most of the websites one sees are a colorful splash of...colors! However, we see that monochromatic looks are in the trend nowadays. It is mostly the subtle palette of black and white that is usually seen and we agree that it looks stunning, if done correctly.

Organic shapes: Websites generally tend to have a lot of elements that are neatly laid out. The clean cut, straight lines and the pixel-perfect shapes that we've all seen on numerous sites. Organic shapes are the rage at the moment. Blobs especially are seen all over the internet and people seem to have fallen in love with them. Because of their organic natural shapes, they tend to have struck a chord with designers and visitors alike, for they feel and add a human-touch of being spontaneous.

Retro Designs: Who doesn't like them? They were a classic and they are making such a powerful comeback. Retro designs instill a feeling of nostalgia. The feeling of being connected to your past again and provide a sense of familiarity and comfort. Retro designs are one of the crowds favorites and it is hard not to see why.

Typography: The subject of such intense focus and can drive even the most experienced designers crazy! Having a great typography of the website is one of the reasons that sets a good website from a great one. With complex coding and new techniques introduced, having a little fun with the alphabets has never been a bad thing, right? From alphabets exploding on screen to coming together to form something more tangible, typography is one of the most talked about trends in web design.
