Langtang Trek is conducted on short duration of time in comparison to Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp treks. This pristine trekking route is culturally glamour and geographically magnificent. Manaslu itself is the world’s eighth highest mountain (8163m). The word ‘Manaslu’ means ‘The Spirit of Mountain’. Some formalities should be done in this trek such as Technical Information Management System (TIMS) card, Manaslu Conservation Area Permit (MCAP), Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP), Restricted Area Permit and at least one guide and one porter is compulsory. So, the trek is a bit expensive as well. You will explore the breathtaking mountain views and scenic peaks, hot spring, monastery, flora and fauna. 5. Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek Ghorepani poon Hill trek is a short and easy trek around Annapurna region where every people either a solo or number of group can join to create a memory for themselves. A beautiful view of sunrise over Annapurna Himalayas makes your trekking very special. In this trek you will explore the Mount Himchuli, Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre and other gorgeous mountain peaks. People of any age can do this trek as the height of Poon Hill is just 3210 meter from sea level. So the chances of altitude sickness is very low and as a whole this trek is easy accessible than other trekking routes. 6. Upper Mustang Trek Upper Mustang Trek offers one of the splendid trekking experience on the remote mountain region. This trekking is known as the last forbidden kingdom as tourists were not allowed until 1990s. Mardi Himal Trek If you are looking for short trek in Annapurna region then Mardi Himal Trek could be the best option where you can enjoy the fantastic view of mountains and peaks as you explore the traditional villages. This is a new trekking route so you don’t need to expect the numerous groups of trekker. The condition of teahouse or trekking trail is not developed as other trekking trail. You will have a great opportunity to explore the less touristy area with fantastic views of mountains and landscapes. This trail makes a small circuit up on Mardi Himal base camp which you don’t have to backtrack the same trail. 8. Gokyo RI Trek Gokyo RI Trek in Everest region has amazed a lot of people. This extraordinary trek will let you explore all five glacial lakes and scenic views of Himalayas. You will see a beautiful sunrise when you climb up to Gokyo RI. When the cloud moves from the distance, you will feel that you are standing at the top of the world. This trek will let you explore the spectacular views of mountain and peaks including Mount Amadablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Cho Yu, Ghyachungkang and Mount Everest. 9. Langtang Gosaikunda Trek Langtang Gosaikunda Trek will take you to a beautiful valley of Langtang which is embedded with many clear and colored mountain lakes. The ancient and tranquil lakes in the background of snow-capped mountain. Langtang Gosaikunda Trek is comprises of Langtang National Park and many other remote villages. Langtang National Park is a park of natural grandeur where will find lots of many unique floras and fauna protected. The forests of rhododendron and bamboo in the park can be an opportunity to explore the rare Red panda and other animals as well. 10. Kanchenjunga Base camp Trek Mount Kanchenjunga is the world’s third highest mountain which is at the altitude of 8586 meter from sea level.
