Although TSMC has returned to produce this chip on the same 7 nanometer architecture as the A12, with EUV technology, the A13 is expected to bring significant energy efficiency improvements.

The new benchmark reveals that there will be 4GB of RAM on "iPhone 12.1." It's not clear if the successor versions of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will have increased RAM, but technology is quite skeptical. Apple will launch a device in 2019 with 6GB of RAM.

The evidence shows that composite benchmarks do not always represent actual performance. However, the scores of this iPhone 11 prototype are not much higher than the iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. This result is probably far different from what users expect is an impressive upgrade.
