Mahalaxmi Bed Covers in Kolkata is a Soft Furnishing Showroom belongs to a high profile successful businessman. It was planned to provide a comfortable visiting and buying environment to inspire good psychological feelings and enhance the desire to buy. The layout of the space and the creation of the whole atmosphere was a big challenge as the client wanted a free-flowing, spacious, well-ventilated and vibrant showroom with a modern touch to the decor- in a way endorsing the client's lifestyle and status. Therefore we planned the layout of the showroom in a way that gave a transparent, compact free and humanized feel. The glass and wooden showcase windows were projected to ensure a clear in and out a vision of the showroom.

As the reception area is the first sight concentrated area after which the buyers go to the sales department, it must be eye-catching. The reception area’s backdrop with a combination of appealing Satvario Laminate and Black Glass complimenting Silver Metal strips was designed, which made it look quite impressive. The graceful diamond-shaped ceiling at the reception area was executed to give it a more enhanced look.

The mini area at the entrance was utilized by making a reception with an attractive Corian table and a ravishing veneer and leather paneling. Racks were furnished for maximum storage space on the entire floor. Throughout the floor, simple two-level POP ceiling has been built and a drop of the wooden ceiling was added to give it an appealing look. Playing with Mirror on one wall gives an immense look to the Showroom. A boxy pantry and washroom were planned to cater to the client’s requirement.
