This may seem like a weird combination, but this is a killer juice. Truly unbelievable, it may be my new favorite. The trick is to have lots of strawberries and lots of orange juice. The blueberries shouldn’t be overpowering, you just want a few to add a bit of sweetness to the juice, which should be somewhat tart. It also gives it a rich, dark red color. Here are approximate amounts, but it depends a lot on the strawberries and blueberries – such as how sweet or tart they are.

For 2 glasses of this delicious, healthy, low-fat juice:

4 oranges10 strawberries1/4 cup blueberries

Wash well all fruit. Peel oranges, add to the juicer, and then add the strawberries and blueberries. Juice. And enjoy!

This can easily be made with a blender, but you’ll have to strain it.

6 carrots

2 lettuce leaves2 sticks of celery

Preparation

Wash the vegetables with water, soap and a brush. Disinfect the carrots, lettuce leaves, and celery stems, using a few drops of fruit and vegetable disinfectant. Add a dash of vinegar to get rid of pesticide residues remaining in the vegetables.

Wash and disinfect the carrots and spinach. Cut the ends of the carrots. Pass the spinach leaves through the extractor; push the carrots little by little until the spinach is gone.

If you wish you may add a couple of ice cubes to make it cooler. We recommend drinking a glass in the morning for 15 days and you will notice your belly has flattened.

Apple, Guava And Honey Juice Recipe

Ingredients

1 large apple

6 guavas1 tbsp of honey

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the fruit. Pass the guava and apple through the juice extractor (you can also make this in the blender). You can drink it without straining to make the most of all of its nutrients.

This juice is great for physical exhaustion.
