He should think of the presence of children at home, as some of the teacups are nervous in nature. Teacup puppies do not always prosper well in an environment with children or larger dogs. They are delicate and vulnerable to injury from rough handling. The breeder can tell about the habits, personality and health status of a Teacup puppy only after it is at least 6 weeks old.
