Redefining Personal CommunicationsOur state of the art, interactive website redefines the term ‘personal communications’ and marks a new level of service for many of our clients. Don’t have internet? Our customer service representatives are there to take your calls. Phone calls are returned at least once, often twice, a day. If we are unable to immediately answer any questions you may have, we’ll respond within one business day by email. All calls are recorded. With detailed analysis provided by the system, we can monitor times on hold, hang ups, call backs, and many more capabilities to ensure the best client experience when owners phone in.
No Management OverloadOther Management groups often have one manager handling numerous tasks and are therefore not always able to provide a premium level of service. At Vanguard Management Group, we pride ourselves on our ability to work as a team. Our managers are never overloaded. Their primary purpose is to work directly with the Board. Property inspectors handle the violation inspections and letters. Accounts Receivable ensures your policies are followed monthly. Our insurance administrator will bid your insurance out each year. A Strong Support SystemWe believe in departmentalization which means your members will have multiple contacts when they phone our offices for assistance. We have a strong support staff to ensure your policies are followed month after month. Many of our competitors can’t say the same.
Board Interviews and Selection
- Candidates that meet salary, testing, and screening criteria are then presented to the Board.
- The Board receives test results, resumes, and letters of recommendation from former employers.
- The Board will meet the eligible manager(s) and ultimately decide the best fit for their community.
Onboarding –Vanguard provides an operational audit.
- Unlike a financial audit, all systems and operations performed by the association are scrutinized.
- Recommendations where appropriate will enhance efficiency and the quality of services. However, any changes to existing processes and procedures come with the approval of the board.
- The Manager, Staff, and Board approved volunteers are provided with initial and ongoing training on Vanguard software including the community website.
- Vanguard, not the Board, is responsible for ongoing supervision of the manager and staff.
