New Express Entry draw produces 3,600 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence

The new Express Entry draw was held on 27th November 2019. In this draw total of 3600 invitations have been sent out for PR visas for Canada. The Comprehensive Ranking System score for this draw was 471.

In the last draw that was held on 13th November 2019, the CRS score was 472. That is in this draw there has been a reduction of 1 point. The express entry system covers Canada’s main Economic Class immigration programs. These programmes are the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and Canadian Experience Class.

The candidates have to create an express entry profile. This profile will be given points based on different factors like the age of the candidate, education, work experience, etc. The candidates who have more points will have a higher ranking. They will have better chances of selection in the draw.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied a tie-break time and date of November 11, 2019, at 6:29:10 UTC in this draw. All those candidates who had a score of 471 and had applied before this date and time have been selected in this Express Entry draw.

The total number of candidates who have received the invitation to apply for the PR visa is now 78,900. If the current trend continues then we can expect that IRCC will surpass last year's number of ITA easily.

If a candidate manages to get the Provincial nomination then he gets additional 600 points. These additional points almost guarantee the selection of the candidate in the express entry programme.
