In one of our sessions of DMI program we were taught about the communication skills and it’s importance in any field in this world.If you want to converse well — one to many, you must be able to converse well one to one. To make a conversation better you must converse like you are talking to your friends.

If you cannot converse well 1:1, you can’t converse well 1: many.

How to Communicate better?

Generally people built different personas according to the different situations in their life and that’s the thing You should avoid doing. You should Be Authentic and Be Yourself at every situation at any point of time in your life as Being authentic is the best way to be yourselves.

To be a better Marketer :

  • You must be come up with an angle of communication which is attractive to people.
  • To make your audience engaged while Communicating with you, You must share your own life Experiences and their learnings.

So Experience plays a key role here as people with more life experiences are better marketers.

So, to experience anything you must :

  • Travel around. Solo travelling will also help you in exploring yourself.
  • Learn something new, whether it is a new language or a new skill.

Targeting an Ideal Customer :

In order to communicate better to your customer, You must be aware that Who your Customer is? Without knowing who is your targeted customer you can’t converse well.

I conducted Survey on : Want to learn and earn From Blogging .?

My Targeted Customers are Those :

  • Having a Age group of 18–24
  • Having annual Income ranges between 1–2 lakhs
  • Who are ready to spend 5–7 hours to learn Blogging.
  • People who want to learn Blogging and they don’t have a blog yet!
  • People Who uses Android and Windows and they are introvert with school as their highest level of education.
  • People who are ready to invest some amount to learn Blogging.

I got some more clarity about my Targeted audience after conducting the survey. Which will help me in designing the product or service according to the customer’s response. After all You must need to focus on one Person to spread our content to all others.
