b) Internal bleaching: As the name suggests, internal bleaching ensures that the teeth are brightened from the interior. It begins with drilling a hole in the chamber of the teeth pulp and ends by placing a special type of gel, which is known as sodium peroxide to the pulp of the teeth.

c) You may use hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth
d) You may add baking soda to your toothpaste and then brush your teeth
e) You may add salt to your tooth paste and then brush
f) Make it a habit to brush twice on a daily basis.
