Never Underestimate the Power of a Good Seasoning!

Author: Aaina Khan

Whether it is an Indian gravy or a Chinese dish, the seasoning can make or break how the dish tastes. In a professional kitchen, there is no room for mistakes so you have to ensure that every dish that makes its way out of the kitchen is perfectly seasoned and well-balanced in flavours.

Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder can be used as a universal flavour enhancer - whether it is for Chinese, Continental or Indian dishes. It contains a unique blend of quality herbs, spices and condiments which not only help bring out the flavour of any dish prepared but also enhance the flavour of the dish without overpowering it. The powder can either be used as a seasoning to make different varieties of Chinese dishes like Fried Rice, Stir-fry Veggies or to prepare base stock which could be further used to put together a Continental or Indian gravy. This product lends an Umami flavour in any dish it is being added to. A pinch of Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder could also be added to Indian gravy like Dal Tadka, or something else like Biryani, Sambhar etc., to enhance the natural flavour of the savoury dishes.
